Goth Gratitude Day 13: Crochet Update

Today I’m grateful I bought all my sweater yarn before the economy shut down. While the kids worked on cross stitch projects this morning, I finished another panel of my cardigan. The farther I get, the more I love the way it’s turning out. I can’t wait to start on the next panel.

  1. That tricky bit is very swanky and attractive–I used to knit and it might have been beyond me. Well done! I feel like I miss a bunch of your posts, because the ones I see seem to jump in number–I would have sworn we were on post 5 or 7 or so–are you only doing prime numbers, or are things really scooting past me that fast?

    1. Thanks. The first few rows were tricky but after that I just have to be careful not to miss a stitch and throw my count off.
I haven’t skipped any posts so far but I do them at random times of day. They’re probably just getting lost among all the other bored bloggers trying to stay connected.

      1. It’s odd but I follow literally 700 on the reader–700 blogs–and maybe I see three dozen posts a day tops, even lately. Maybe some people moved on, or aren’t into it, but those include ones that have posted in the last month or two or more recently. Thank goodness they don’t all post!

      2. Wow. I guess I’ve seen my share of dead blogs over the years. Most people think they’ll get back to it some day so they just leave it.
